Been one day,but all good ,so far. Got my bedroom cooler.

I have been using this unit off an on for the last few months and I am so happy I got this A/C unit. We have used it to pull the humidity out of the air and to cool off the back rooms of my house which get very hot in the summer afternoons. The unit was easy to install, but I suggest getting a A/C Tube insulation sleeve that keeps the heat emanating from the hose to a minimum. The drainage tube has been working great with no need to disconnect the unit from the window hose, lift the whole unit up to allow the tube to drain in the toilet or tub. The A/C unit has a quiet setting which I absolutely love when I am sleeping or in a meeting. The A/C does a great job cooling down our back bedroom (10' X 18'), kitchen (when not cooking and about 14' X14'), and full bathroom (6' X 10'). It will struggle to keep the rooms cool when I am cooking, but that is expected considering the size of the unit and the rooms it is cooling. Depending on the window set up you have, I would suggest some A/C foam padding to go between the upper and lower window panes and around the hose attachment to keep the mosquitos out and cold air in. The great part is if you have a home with screen and storm windows, you do not need to remove either to install the hose attachment for the A/C unit, so as long as your screens are in good condition, you don't need to worry about the mosquitoes, but I would still use the foam padding to fill the holes around the windows to keep the cool air from escaping the room. The controls were easy to learn and use. We have been using this unit for several months. During those months we have been dealing with triple digit temps and high humidity. The unit has done an amazing job keeping my house cool and comfortable. Definitely would recommend this A/C unit with the suggestion of also getting an insulation tube for the exhaust hose that tends to warm up. In my opinion, the insulation tube for the exhaust hose should be included.

I have yet to receive this but I have a good friend who purchased 2 of these and he stated they are just awesome… cools your place down in a matter of 10 mins and saves a lot of energy especially when power and light is out of control… Great product!
