Carport 11 x 20

Some of these guys are installing the roof the wrong way the roof needs over overhang the frame I bought the 11 x 20 and I anchor it down with rebar and I put house siding and made it very strong. I’ll add pictures as soon as I’m finished with it.

Great product, although the lack of a few more pre-drilled holes in some pieces of the build kept it from 5 stars. Definitely will buy again if the need arises.

Solid Carport

I'm 50/50 on this carport, and I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else.Assembling the carport with two people is a moderate project. Take your time, measure carefully, organize all the parts before you start, and be cautious of the sharp edges on the roof panels as they can easily cut you.Once we finished assembling the carport, we discovered that six #4 support brackets and six #10 support brackets were missing from the package, although the provisions are all there on the carport pieces. Unfortunately, dealing with GARVEE customer service has been frustrating. Despite multiple phone calls and emails, I still haven't received a resolution or the missing brackets.It's disappointing that such a simple issue has been so difficult to resolve. If GARVEE sends the missing parts and makes this right, I'll gladly update my review. Until then, buyers should be aware that missing parts can be a challenge to get replaced. These parts are essential to the integrity of the carport.Update: GARVEE sent me the additional support brackets. Once customer service understood the issue, we came to a resolution and the parts were sent. Added a star for the replacement parts.
