Paint was kinda beat up from lack of packaging in the box. But the price makes up for that I feel. Overall pretty easy to put together, all parts accounted for before assembly.

much better built then the GARVEE , wheels are stronger the base is heavier metal the straps are stronger and it is square to the legs
