I put this in a corner that needed some height but gets almost no natural light. Five feet was tall enough to fill the space without the tree overwhelming the furniture around it. The branches needed quite a bit of spreading and bending when I first set it up. That part took several minutes, but shaping each section made it look much fuller.The leaves have a nice mix of shades instead of being one flat green color. From across the room, it looks convincing. Up close, it is clearly artificial, especially around a few of the leaf connections, but that does not bother me where I placed it. The white planter has a simple appearance and works with my lighter decor. I may still put it inside a larger decorative basket to give the base more visual weight. It stays upright well and has not leaned, even after I moved and reshaped the branches a few times.
I love this artificial tree set, especially because it comes with the pot. It was very easy to set up and looks great in person once arranged. It is definitely 5 feet tall and has a nice amount of fullness after being fluffed. The included planter makes it feel more complete right away, so it is easy to place in a living room, office, or guest room.
Overall, this is a decent artificial plant. However, no one will mistake it for real so weigh that in against the cost to see if it is worth it for your needs!It comes with some minimal assembly required. It is pretty straightforward to install the branches into the dedicated slots in the base. They had labels for each stem at some point but they fell off before arrival so I winged it. It just takes a minute. The leaves of the uppermost branch were squished and curled up in the bag, and even being out of the bag for a couple weeks they remain slightly curled.
