It arrived surprisingly fast. I was expecting to spend a few more days dealing with the heat, but it got here before the weather really warmed up.It was also much easier to install than I expected. The instructions were straightforward, and the whole process was pretty simple.It’s been working well and has made the hot weather much more comfortable.

Perfect for our master bedroom

Managed to get this right before an early summer heatwave. Took less than 10 minutes to set up, it is a little heavy though if you need to move it up stairs. Plugged it in and worked immediately with easy to adjust settings. Within a few minutes the room felt immediately cooler. Would recommend, and the noise is not bad.

Stepped up when our central AC failed

Our upstairs AC went out mid-summer and the master bedroom was miserable. This unit bailed us out.14000 BTU is no joke. It kept a large master bedroom comfortable even carrying the load our central unit normally handles. The dehumidifier made a noticeable difference too — upstairs humidity in summer is its own problem.Timer and remote are simple to use. Quiet enough at night that it never became a sleep issue. Window kit installed without modification and the casters make repositioning easy.For a portable unit doing heavy lifting as a temporary primary solution, it held up without a hiccup. Worth every penny given the circumstances.
