I did a lot of research before buying this pergola because it’s such a large purchase. I was honestly hesitant to order something this big online since I was worried that if anything went wrong, returns or customer service might be difficult.In the end, I decided to give it a try, and I’m glad I did, Arrived on time, We hired a handyman to assemble it, and this is the finished result. So far, everything has been great. It arrived in 8 boxes, all of the parts were included, and a team of four people finished the installation in about 3 hours.I live in California, so we don’t get a lot of rain. Right now, I’m very happy with the purchase. I’ll update my review after we’ve had some rainy weather to let everyone know how well it holds up over time.
This is a great pergola. Size, price and quality rate high. Took 2-3 people working together approximately 5-6 hours to assemble. Works as described color is beautiful Only one problem… Where can you buy the curtains that go with it? Can somebody please tell me if you know or you can recommend where we can buy the curtain?
This comes in 5 boxes. Wass actually pretty straight forward to assemble. I did most assembly by myself. Just need an extra hand to stand up the 2 long side while in installed the other sides. Make sure you have a power screwdriver with the correct Allen bit. Came out nice. Love the slats on the top
