This is a great set! These boards are made from good quality bamboo. You can clearly see the pores and fibers in the wood. I plan on sealing them with oil to preserve them long term.

I am impressed by these cutting boards! Specifically the large one. I like the compartments for cutting up fruits and veggies for meals. I don’t think they would fit a large portion of anything else. The smaller cutting boards are also nice but they are definitely smaller. I could easily cut up salad items on it and it be fine but I don’t see myself reaching for the smaller ones for say… potatoes or meats. Over all, the quality of them are nice. They’re well sanded, nothing sharp or frayed. They’re not warped or bent and they had no odd smells. I’m glad I got these!

Our old bamboo chopping board finally cracked and so we had to throw that away. This set makes for an excellent replacement. Nice and sturdy wood, feels good and solid in the hand. The compartments are handy for moving over chopped food, it functions well. Overall a nice set that is well made and for me, better than plastic.

These bamboo chopping boards have good build quality, but their functionality is somewhat limited depending on your needs.**Size Issues:**The two smaller boards aren’t really useful for chopping unless you’re using a very small knife. They work better as charcuterie boards or serving platters. Even the largest board is still on the smaller side compared to typical chopping boards, which can feel cramped when preparing meals.**Compartment Design:**I like the concept of the little compartments for keeping chopped items separate, but they’re much too small to be practical. They might work for minced garlic or spices, but there’s no way you’d chop just a quarter of a carrot or a piece of bell pepper - which is about all these spots can hold. Most vegetables you’re chopping will produce more than these tiny compartments can contain.**Bottom Line:**Overall, this is an okay purchase if you understand the limitations. They’re better suited for light prep work, serving, or as decorative kitchen pieces rather than serious chopping boards. The quality is there, but the design prioritizes looks over functionality.

I love good cutting boards and have them in many different materials from Titanium, to plastic, to Acacia wood. Out of all of them my favorite is my bamboo cutting board. So, when I saw these, I had to order them. They have some advantages and some disadvantages over my current bamboo board. One of the disadvantages is of the non-slip corners on my bamboo board. I don't know how they bonded them, but those 2" triangular rubber corners have been soaked and stressed keeping the board stable for more than a decade. The board itself barely shows any evidence of cutting unlike the Acacia and plastic counter parts. Titanium does not scratch easily but it's slippery.A good reason I got these is for the sized and easy utility. I have bigger boards, the I lover the smaller sized here. The big one can double for my current bamboo board, but I need to put a piece of sponge rubber underneath to keep it from sliding. It has a trio of indentations in the top so it might do well as a serving tray. All boards have slight indentations on the sides for easy pickup. The middle board has a special utility. My house was built in 1955 and remodeled in 1970. One of the major things done was the kitchen. It has a lot of utility features like roll out pantry shelves and pan storage, and over the silverware and utility drawers are pull out cutting boards. I've not liked the idea of using those as they don't clean well and so I wouldn't trust cutting food on them directly. Often when cooking up a meal, I have to use the space on my cutting board station, and if I have to cut something it's a problem. While I've always used the pull-out boards as some extra counter space, I've not wanted to cut on them. The medium and small board with this set is great for that. I can pull out the platform, put these on top, cut or trim what I need, and drop these in the sink for cleaning. Nice set, although I'd prefer it has some rubber legs on bottom size to keep in place. Recommended.

I love the bamboo cutting boards, they having three sizes to separate meats, veggies, and fruits. They're sturdy, look gorgeous on the counter, and clean up easily, my kitchen feels safer and tidier now!
