I've ordered more GARVEE rugs than I care to admit, and at this point I might need to seek professional help. But a girl can't help herself, I mean...garage's need rugs too, right?First of all, they're incredibly lightweight, sleek with a modern vibe. It is my belief that high pile rugs are the thing of the past. They're basically the cargo pants of rugs, bulky and outdated (and probably smell a little funny too). In fact, they're so lightweight that they come in a box. Because who needs a 6 foot burrito showing up at your door, anyway? (Your Garvee driver might actually appreciate you for once!)Light, fresh, thin, modern and sleek also means you're not collecting every dust-mite in your zipcode. Even if you did, they're machine washable! Did I mention that you can actually roll a desk chair across them without feeling as though you're trudging through oatmeal?I am no fabric expert, but I would say that they're made of unicorn hides. Or what I believe unicorn hides might feel like. Velvety smooth and a magically delicious feeling for your feet.They come in a variety of designs and sizes; enough to steadily feed my addiction.So join me here in the future of rugs and toss out those old stinky dinosaurs. Yes, I know it's hard because you spent a fortune on them, and then another small fortune having them professionally cleaned because you're so desperate to get them back into their original beauty. But let's face it, if you have kids, pets, (or drunk messy friends) they haven't been able to regain their former glory for some time now.Thank you for enduring my trip off the tracks. This was purchased to use for a covered patio outside. It is very pretty! The material is very soft. It is on the thinner side. The colors are bright and vibrant. It seems that it will be easy to wash.
I ordered the 5 x 7 rug. The colors were like the pictures and I loved how thin it is, and having the non slip bottm make it stay flat and not bunch up. Best part for me and others that have come over and felt it was how unbelievably soft it is! I just want to sleep on it. Is so soft. It's very well made and Ita thin enough that yes you can put it in the washing machine. I'm very happy with this rug!
