I spent a lot of time looking for strollers before deciding on this one. And I mean a LOT!The primary use for this stroller is for our 14lb, 11 year old cat. She is an indoor kitty but was born in the wild. This is important because due to her initially being feral she tends to be extremely skittish with new things. She also has some anxiety due to moving around the country quite a bit. We wheeled her and carried her through airports and she cried a lot but settled after a while.I decided to put her in and go outside with her, she enjoys exploring the yard on a leash so I thought she would feel more at ease outside as prior to a move we’d wheel her or carry her around the house. This was a big leap as I tend to only purchase things with many reviews. The reasons I took the risk on this stroller (and I’m so glad I did!), is it was sold and shipped by garvee- so super easy returns if necessary, it had multiple things I wanted- I high handle, a big space (and it is a large space! Our giant cat looks tiny inside!), I wanted something that could handle multiple terrain types and not produce much noise (skittish kitty) or vibrations. So ultimately I wanted big rubber wheels. We have a lot of desert trails we walk, along with sidewalks, it was taken through thick soggy grass and was able to easily trek through and maneuver easily. That was another important factor, I wanted it to turn on a dime. The basket also doesn’t sit super high so it has a really good center balance point even with kitty moving around. There are two attachment points to attach to a harness and the length is adjustable which gives lots of room to move around. There are several ways to access the inner basket, it is a zipper but it seems really sturdy and is easy to use (but doesn’t feel loose), there’s a small screen in front that zips open and closed, the front of the basket can unzip and be pushed back, as does the back of the hood, or it can be accessed via a middle zipper. There is a small pad but we used a plush blanket for extra comfort. The basket is also a carrier but it’s a little bulky and we likely won’t use it but for a vet visit I can see it coming in handy! There’s so many great things I love about this stroller I’m probably leaving something out. There’s a pocket on the back that’s really handy as well as the lower basket. It’s best accessed from the side. We had two 32 oz hydroflasks underneath but could fit so much more! A cup holder for coffee or something would be nice but it’s also not a deal breaker. Now in my research I noticed there was a nearly identical stroller but for a lot more. The main differences I noticed were color, this is like a charcoal dark grey, and the leather color is a really complimentary dark umber. Similar to other model but the other comes in grey and black. The other one also had reflective ribbon around the front small zip opening. The other is also a zipper less model- honestly that wasn’t too important to me, I figured if these zippers seemed cheap I could return but they’re really heavy duty. The instructions are a little hard to follow but once you look at the items it’s easy to figure out. After cutting the zip ties holding the tires, I opened the main body of the stroller and turned it upside down to put the wheels on. They go on easy but require a small push, for the wheel base just slight the holes of the bar with the metal tabs and the same for front wheel. When assembling the basket putt you unzip the liner and then the cross bars will uncross and go into the little slots, then you zip the liner back in and put the lead connectors through the holes and place the pad in. Putting the hood on is super easy as is placing the basket on the frame. This is a very well made stroller and is really light to push. There’s no strong vibrations or road noise and our cat was pleasantly pleased. She did have some small meows at first and we planned on doing a couple passes up and down the street and returning home but she settled in after a bit and actually seemed to enjoy the ride! Such a win! It’s funny we have become those people but we thought she might enjoy it and we enjoy having her on family walks. Super happy to have ordered this stroller and excited for more walks with our house kitty! As far as folding it up and all of that everything including the basket will collapse if space is an issue but I haven’t folded the stroller yet as I plan to leave it set up for spontaneous walks.Either way, the other stroller had great reviews and all those definitely apply to this model as well! I’ll update if my opinion changes as time goes on but so far I’m beyond satisfied!Absolutely recommend!
