The door panels use Velcro stitched in to hold them to the frame. These pulled loose and the integrity of the shelter has been compromised. I have attempted to contact the seller through garvee CS. I am waiting to hear from the seller as I have no message from them yet. Both end doors have the same issue. I am looking for replacement panels.1/18/24 update: I am happy to say, Kevin with GARVEE US has corrected the issue by replacing the side and end panels. I would like to thank Kevin for the prompt attention he gave us in correcting the issues we had.

I find this carport to meet my expectations. I am happy with the easy-to-understand instructions for constructing the carport. I recognize this this is not to be used to meet the same durability as a wood, metal or concrete carport. I feel I got my money's worth. I took the initiative to reinforce each of the eight legs with 50-pound sandbags. I have had two major nor' eastern wind and rainstorms since December and it has done great. My only concern is that one of the zippers on the rear panel has separated and I would like to replace that rear panel. There appears to be no GARVEE manufacturing site or contact to seek help with this problem. I would welcome some insight.
