3. In order to protect the spring, the pressure is not set to the maximum value at the factory, please adjust the pressure with the regulator.

Some Tips To Choose The Compatible Replacement Pump:

1. Match Engine Orientation.

Horizontal Engine: The pump is installed horizontally onto the engine.
Vertical Engine: The pump is installed vertically below the engine.

2. Match your machine's PSI And GPM.

Engine power and pump performance need to be matched for optimal machine performance.

3. Match the Engine Shaft Diameter.

The shaft diameter for vertical pumps is typically 7/8 inches. The shaft diameter for horizontal pumps is either 3/4 inches or 1 inch.

4. Match Current Pump Outlet Connection.

This will ensure that your attachments are compatible with the new pump.

The Perfect Replacement for My MorFlex – Better Than Original

I own a small pressure washing business, and my MorFlex pressure washer pump started leaking and losing pressure after two seasons. I almost bought a new machine, but a mechanic friend suggested I try replacing the pump instead. This direct drive replacement kit was the best decision. The 4000 PSI @ 4.4 GPM output matches or exceeds my original specs. The 1-inch horizontal shaft aligned perfectly with my 13 HP engine – no modifications needed. What impressed me most is the three-layer plunger design. The original pump had standard plungers that wore out quickly; these feel much more robust. The blackened crankcase and brass head suggest serious durability, and after a month of daily commercial use, it's holding up flawlessly. The adjustable unloader valve is precise – I can dial down to 1500 PSI for soft washing house siding or crank it up to full 4000 PSI for stripping paint off concrete. The oil sight glass is a thoughtful feature that makes maintenance checks effortless, and the included mounting hardware made installation a breeze.

Great pump. But.....

I've only put 28 hours on this pump. Working great. My suggestion is to change the fluid often.

For the price worth it. Just glue in sight glass

Worked for 12 days 6 hrs a day. Then sight glass oil windows both back out and drained all pump oil out. Caught it in time and glued in place with gasket seal. So far so good.
