One of the lower legs bent. shipping box destroyed on arrival but outside bag still ok. Everything else appears to be there except directions.
I have assembled all that I can of the 20 ton hydraulic press. Because of it's weight, the shipping box had a hole in it and apparently one of the lift/returns springs was missing. The way it is made, it can't be used without both springs as they are all that hold the jack platform up. It seems sturdy and solid, but I can't return it as the box was too damaged in the shipping to me. I shouldn't have to buy a replacement spring and to get one the exact length and strength I would likely have to buy a matched pair or the very heavy jack would tilt and slide off of it's platform. I guess I'm stuck buying a pair of springs for $20.
Super sturdy heavy-duty unit. No clear assembly steps in the manual, but you can piece it together from the photos. Matches the listing perfectly, great for bench mounting, not a floor garage press.
Great for bending, stamping, and straightening metal parts.
