I really appreciate my hose reel. It's very convenient to use, and there are no messy hoses hanging around. However, it does not always retract properly, and I often need to place the hose back into the box.

Mounting the reel is easy, although I recommend using Tapcons for brick instead of the included mounting hardware. The sprayer attachment is excellent, but I advise against pulling the hose from the end to avoid weakening it. When you first set it up, extend the hose fully, turn on the water, let the hose fill, and then reel it in before turning off the water. This ensures enough slack for the water to run through without unwinding the entire hose. It's a fantastic product for a reasonable price, and I wouldn't want my house to be without one.

I am totally in love with this awesome hose! I Have had a few expandable garden hoses that leaked due to being dragged on the ground constantly. Finally, I decided to get a regular hose that is retractable after I am done using it. I knew this would solve my leaking problem because it wouldnt be dragged on the ground. After some looking around I decided to give this one a try. It looked good and the price was nice compared to some expandable hoses out there.The hose and container was pretty big, but it was not heavy or bulky. It comes with a nozzle that have 10 different spray patterns (jet, cone, soaker, full, flat, shower, angle, center, and mist, etc). They all work really well! Oh and the water volume can be adjusted which I thought was nice. This hose works exactly as I expected! After Im done watering the plants, I just need to gently pull the hose and it automatically retracts the hose back in very smoothly.Overall, Im very happy with this garden hose. It is very sturdy and high quality! The length should be good for most people. It works great as expected and once installed makes watering so convenient and easy. And when Im not using it, it is all tucked away and out of sight and not in the way . Totally recommended??

In conclusion, I believe I will enjoy this product even more once I stop being lazy and create a more durable pin and mounting bracket out of metal.

It was easy to install and very easy to use. It winds up wonderfully. I would recommend this product very highly.

I've purchased numerous items for my backyard garden, and this hose is the one that has impressed me the most. It's lightweight, durable, and rolls up very easily. I connected it to a smart water timer and left it open continuously without experiencing any leaks.

I didn't mount this on my house because it's brick and concrete, and I avoid drilling holes. Instead, I placed it on the side of a post, which worked perfectly. The hose reel is mostly made of plastic, with the exception of the metal mounting screws and hose fittings. The mounting bracket is also plastic, and although the hose reel seems heavy and the plastic rod provides support, the mount is not as strong as it should be. It's showing signs of strain due to the heavy hose, and I'm considering using my lathes and mills to build a metal pin and a new bracket, despite the product being just a month old. The sprayer operates well, and the hose comes out and retracts without issues. It effectively protects the hose from the sun and keeps it off the ground, preventing accidents caused by the hose being left lying around.

Old hose reel lasted 18 years, but was on the ground. Mice nested inside and clogged the reel and chewed through the hose. This one is on the wall and less likely to house mice. I did have to get a stronger set of anchors to attach it to my house, but that didn't take long.

I had 2 previous vector retractable hose reels from Frontgate ..They were ok. One quit winding up after a couple of years of use and the other one broke at the mount for which there was not replacement part..At least when I called in to Frontgate I was told too bad.. This one seems better. More compact . Looks better and so far works better..

The quality of this water pipe is very good, the length of expansion and contraction can be adjusted by yourself, the force of flushing is also great, the weight is just right, all the accessories and packaging are complete in the store, it is a very good garden tool for this summer, and the price is acceptable to me!
