Easy to assemble, I didn't like where the chest press handles were supposed to go..I did them inwards instead of outwards.I feel that works alot better similar machines have them inwards as well, not sure why it was designed that way..after about a month of owning this machine...I do like it

ve been pleasantly surprised by this machine overall. It offers a wide variety of exercises in a relatively compact footprint, making it a great addition to a home gym. The pull-up station, chest press, lat pulldown, rowing function, leg developer, and cable system provide plenty of versatility for full-body workouts. Assembly was straightforward, and the machine feels solid during most exercises.That said, there are a couple of design issues that potential buyers should be aware of. The biggest concern is the stability of the base. During certain movements, especially when using heavier resistance or generating forward or lateral force, the machine can be somewhat wobbly. Because the frame is not anchored to the floor, it can feel unstable and may have the potential to tip or tumble if not used carefully.Another issue is with the rowing exercise. Since there are no dedicated footplates or foot restraints, I have to brace my feet against the lower black crossbar at the front of the machine to keep from sliding forward during the movement. While it works, it is not ideal and makes the rowing function feel like an afterthought rather than a fully developed feature.A simple improvement would be for the manufacturer to add pre-drilled mounting holes in the base feet so users can easily secure the machine to concrete, plywood, or a lifting platform. Adding proper foot supports for the rowing station would also greatly improve comfort and usability.Despite these drawbacks, the machine provides excellent value for the price and offers a lot of functionality in a small space. If the manufacturer addressed the anchoring and rowing-foot-support issues, this would easily be a 5-star product.

The machine works great, the directions were very hard to follow putting it together.
