The box this came in was smashed but the chiller was fine- it only came with one hose clamp and a terminal for the data cable that's supposed to connect to the laser but it's not necessary for the function of the chiller.All of these work basically the same- the manual is basically useless but if you get it filled up with water and plugged in the automatic function /default State is keep the coolant (water) 2° C cooler than than ambient temperature. Your favorite streaming video service has plenty of tutorials.The fill gauge is on the back, which is pretty inconvenient for how my room is set up. Just try to keep it barely in the yellow.Because they did not include two hose clamps, I ended up using a zip tie on one of the inlets and it's working fine. That's how I had my previous cooler set up and it worked for years.As for operation, it's painless. It's so much quieter than the radiant cooler I used to use that I wasn't sure it was running at first. It maintains the temperature to within 1 and 1/2° of where it's set, and it has allowed me to run my laser longer with less concern about heat soak damage.Definitely get yourself a relative humidity sensor- you'll need to be able to calculate the dew point in your room. Basically if there's too great a difference between the ambient temperature and the coolant temperature you run the risk of condensation forming where you really don't want it. There are plenty of websites with live, free calculators to double-check everything.All in all this is a solid chiller at a really good price. At least when I bought it. The state of the box was distressing and the missing parts probably fell out of one of the holes in the box, but nothing so irreplaceable that I felt the need to return it. Going strong for a week now. If something happens I'll definitely come back and adjust my review.

This chiller keeps the spindle on my CNC cool. St its price it was an excellent investment to extend the life of an expensive part. Experts say that by running a chiller, I may never wear out the spindle.

This unit is paired with a Monport Reno 45 pro co2 laser in my shop. I am able to run long production runs of 6+ hours continuous operations. The water temp stays steady at 25 degrees c

Bought this for my 70 watt boss laser. Keeps its steady at 17C for hours great machine. Works as advertised. Keeps my laser operating at a constant safe temp.

This unit is regarded as one of the best. It is pretty much essential for CO2 laser systems as it increases laser tube life. A water bucket just doesn't work. It cools the water via refrigeration.

Very easy setup. You need to hook the hoses up in the proper configuration for it to work properly. Hook it up to the laser run it for a few minutes to remove air bubbles in the tube. You are ready to start engraving/cutting. I was cutting at 85% on a 100 watt CO2 lasernever went above 18°C. I'm very happy with my purchase.
