It is a very nice cage but it does look like it came used…I definitely purchased a brand new one and some parts are chipped and looked like it was put together before and was unscrewed to be returned. I personally got this because i was tired at looking at my dog old regular black metal cage . I wanted something that matched my furniture.It was super annoying to build. I started making this around 4:00pm and and finished at 9:30. This will defensively elevate your space .

Very pretty kennel. I love the drawers. They easily open and close. The only thing I would change personally is the latch on the door to the kennel is not very strong. And there’s only one latch. Ideally, I would like her to have been too, so it was more secure. I just installed one myself.

LOVE THIS CRATE!! It’s sturdy and attractive. It is a great value for the price, and our sweet puppy sleeps in it every night. Since it looks more like furniture than a utility crate, it fits in with our decor.

As with most slab furniture now-a-days, it works best when being gentle. At one point, I had to dissemble pieces because the wood wasn't sturdy enough to "hang" while attempting to secure the other side. Two people to assemble would have been best. All my holes lined up well, however, the holes for the drawer are too high and the drawer could need to be planed for it to glide...not that you can plane off particle board. Once assembled, it's very sturdy.

Delivery was quicker than expected. Quality was good other than one of the pre-drilled hinge holes was slightly misplaced. However, we were able to get around this issue installing one of the screws at an angle. Assembly was definitely easier with two people. The final product, however, looks great and works well.

First off I have to say I was a bit skeptical about this purchase based on how cheap it was but honestly, its very sturdy and I feel like I got a steal with the price! The other amazing news was it wasn't supposed to be here until Jan 2024 and it shipped and arrived within a week of purchasing.I absolutely love the kennel / console look. It saves so much space in our livingroom and its a great addition.The only con I would say is the product states this is for "large" breed dogs, however we have a Samoyed and I cannot see this product meeting her length needs as she gets older. But for now, it looks great.Suggestion: To have in other colors besides white.

My pup loves this crate! A lot of space for her & plenty of storage for me. Only complaint it was a lot of no steps to put together & missed a part in the instructions so had to figure it out on my own. All together totally worth it for the price & the quality.
