Wish I had known that this existed years ago. I have always wanted a cable machine but no room for it with my weight bench and pull up tower. Well no more, this thing is perfect for creating a set up with my existing weights and pull up tower. I have a pretty heavy duty pull up tower that this straps onto really easily. I can finally do lat pulldowns and it is so smooth. For the price as long as you have your own weights and a sturdy object to attach to this is awesome. Highly highly recommend.
This review is for the Home Gym Add on Equipment and it comes with two pulley wheels, cables, a rope handle, flat handles, a lat bar, various carabiners, and clips.The equipment is well made and sturdy and easy to use. The various pieces give a lot of versatility to a cable system and they function well together to help give a full body workout with the other pieces I have.I appreciate the quality of these accessory pieces; for home use they should last for years, if not decades.
My smith machine is being delivered today and I got this set to add onto it so I can get more functionality out of it. These are high quality parts from GARVEE!You get everything you need for all sorts of additional excercises with the lat pulldown bar, rope handle and fly handles. Expands my machine's capabilities safely. Comfortable grips too! Highly recommend! Easy to install and includes the pullies you need with a holder for the weights.
If you don't have a lot of space for big equipment, especially in a basement or something like that, this kit can be very useful for helping round out your workout area.You get everything you need for a full-body workout here. Even if you are limited to a 6 foot cage or something like that, this kit will enable you to get workouts like lat pulls in without any issue at all. It takes some figuring out with your respective space, but once you do, you should be satisfied with the amount of workouts you can achieve.The equipment doesn't feel cheap either. It's all durable and relatively well made. You get plenty of accessory handles and the like to accommodate various grips and workout adjustments. The bag is a nice touch, just in case your space is very limited as far as storage goes.Overall, this is a great space-saving kit that will reliably get the job done. A+!
