This nightstand arrived in a very heavy box, so you may want a second person to help move it. There are quite a few pieces to assemble, and it took me a while to put everything together. Thankfully, the instructions are clear, well illustrated, and easy to follow, so the process is straightforward even though it’s time consuming. Like many ready to assemble furniture pieces, the drawer bottoms and back panel are made from thinner material, while the sides, top, and drawer fronts are much sturdier and feel solid once assembled. The finished nightstand looks attractive, and I really like the fluted drawer fronts they give it a modern look that works well in a bedroom, office, or living room. The three drawers are surprisingly spacious for a compact nightstand. They’re large enough to hold socks, undergarments, gaming accessories, office supplies, or other everyday items. My only complaint is that the drawer slides aren’t especially smooth. They feel a little bumpy when opening and closing, and mine squeak as well. I’m hoping they’ll loosen up and glide more smoothly with use.One thing I’d recommend checking before assembly is the drawer pulls. They’re lightweight metal and were all packaged together in a single bag without any protection between them. One of mine arrived with a noticeable scratch that left a rough spot you can actually feel. Hopefully the manufacturer will consider individually wrapping them to prevent this. One of my favorite features is the built-in charging station. Having both power outlets and USB ports right on the top is incredibly convenient, especially if your wall outlet is hidden behind a headboard or furniture.Despite the lengthy assembly and the drawer glide being less than perfect, this is a beautiful, functional nightstand with generous storage and a very convenient charging station.

This GARVEE nightstand with charging station was so easy to assemble the instructions were clear and easy to follow. It came with everything you need to assemble the nightstand even a small screwdriver. The night it not heavy so I was able to assemble it and move it to the room I wanted it in. The drawers are easy to open with the handle the drawers are also very spacious. The only issue I have/had was the cord to the wall it makes the nightstand stick out about an inch or two which that can be and easy solution but other than that the overall material of the nightstand feels like a veneer overlay on the wood only time will tell how long that will last hopefully for a while it feels like a well-made piece of furniture.

I would not describe it as something that assembles “in minutes,” but it is manageable as long as you take your time and follow the instructions carefully.The three drawers are spacious and glide smoothly, giving me plenty of room for books, charging cables, glasses, medication, and other bedside essentials. I also prefer these solid drawers over fabric drawers because they feel sturdier and are less likely to sag or fall apart over time.My only complaint is that the natural wood color does not match the color of my other bedroom furniture. That is not necessarily the nightstand’s fault, but it is something to consider if you are trying to coordinate it with an existing furniture set. Despite the color mismatch, I still wanted something practical and functional, and this nightstand delivers. Once assembled, it feels sturdy, provides plenty of storage, and looks modern beside the bed.
