It is a well built heater, however the grates are white and some of the paint was chipped. I wasn't expecting powder coated white grates when it arrived.
Stainless panels (think the add says "silver"). Well packaged, thought it is well engineered, everything fit and looks great. Have not used it yet but as of this point, would buy again. BTW: I bought 2.
This pyramid outdoor heater is really nice once it’s fully set up. The instructions were a bit confusing in some parts, but I still managed to install it without too much trouble.One thing to note: the description says it comes with a protective cover, but mine did NOT include one, so just be aware you may need to purchase a cover separately. Other than that, it works well and looks very pretty at night with the flame glowing inside the glass tube. Overall, I’m happy with it!
We have used this heater for several months now, and it holds up well against the weather. The quartz glass tube is sturdy and resistant to high temperatures. It’s become the centerpiece of our patio and keeps guests comfortable during events.
We love this patio heater! The stainless steel design looks modern and matches our patio furniture. The anti-tip safety feature gives us peace of mind, especially with kids around. It’s easy to use and really makes chilly evenings enjoyable.
Almost perfect. The detachable panel was dented so it won't lock on both sides. I bent it back as much as I could so it looks good.
Nice heater
It was missing the side shelf. They couldn't get me one so did reduce the orice. I actually would like to have two if the shelves onevfor each side.
