Everything was good, Except the Hammer Drill Bit was not a Standard SDS or SDS Plus drill bit. It has a Square Shank. So I ended up buying New Mounting Hardware as the bit was a 12 mm. Yes, I could have purchased a 12 mm SDS or SDS Plus drill bit, but that is not a standard item, and available at the local hardware stores, I would have had to purchase another bit for SDS or SDS Plus since the two are interchangeable, backwards compatible. So I purchased a 1/2 in Concrete mounting bolt with sleeve, as I already had 1/2 in SDS Plus drill bit. Time will tell but it seems as well made as anything else on the market. Just be aware that the Drill bit is not compatible with SDS, SDS Plus, SDS Max. I don't even know what Hammer Drill accepts the 12 mm hammer bit that the kit comes with. It comes with the hammer drill bit, bolt and anchor to anchor into the concrete. Notice the bit is Square at the top and that is the issue.

I really needed this and so far its sturdy, but be aware that the blue sleeve slides. It scared me using it for the first time. It looks good. I had to have someone install it.

This pool handrail is perfect! It was easy to install and provides a lot of stability when getting in and out of the pool. Highly recommend!

I bought this handrail for my elderly parents, and it's been a game changer. They feel much more secure using the pool now. It's very sturdy and reliable.

I took a magnet and tested the supplied anchors. They were magnetic and would not have lasted one season. I threw them away and went and purchased high quality 304 Stainless Steel Anchors. Its been installed for a couple months and everything looks good so far. The blue pad started to fade after one month. I removed it and will install on days we need it.

Everything was as expected except the drill bit. I was drilling through concrete and the drill bit they provide is worthless. After 5 minutes of drilling I got down 1/2 inch. I went to Home Depot and bought a 12 dollar drill bit that easily went through the concrete. If youre drilling in concrete dont waste your time using the worthless bit they provide. Other than that Im happy with product.

It is not like pictured , it is a lot shorter than it looks in the picture not very happy with it

Easy to install. Reasonably sturdy. Started rusting in two months.
