I was nervous to purchase with no reviews to go by. Product worked amazingly well. Made of very lightweight aluminum which actually didn’t make much noise whatsoever, even traveling at 80 mph. No whistling at all. Took me about an hour to assemble, directions were clear. The price is great for what you get. I was nervous about the u clamps that they would not fit my crossbars. The width of the rack was longer than my crossbars. However, the clamps can be installed on the inside and outside of the outside panels so I was able to clamp down on my crossbars that are not very wide at all. I purchased crossbars specific for my 2020 Nissan rogue which are roughly 39” long. The crossbars I have are aerodynamic, very thin at .75” and only 2.75” wide and the clamps were able to easily fit without the need for any shims. They also can fit bars that are quite thick, probably close to about 4” thick. I haven’t had them for long enough to notice any rust but it did rain while I used them and I haven’t had any rust yet. I’m very happy with my purchase. Would recommend.
