This roof basket was easy to assemble, easy to attach to my car (I did it alone!), and so incredibly sturdy! The bag was giant! In my pics, tou see I had 10 trash bags full of clothes inside the rooftop bag! I drove 700+ miles through snow and yuck, and when I arrived home, the inside of the bag was dry and clean! Some reviews said there was wind noise, or the rack did not fit well without adding padding around the clamps- I had NONE of those issues! The basket is deeper than most others, yet It still fit in my standard automatic garage doors on top of my 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. And... it looks a little bad-a$$ as well!!

OKAY....so the assembly is difficult only because it is time consuming. Think of it like IKEA furniture, and if you go into it with that mentality than you are golden! Lining it up on the rails was a little annoying, but it tends to work its way out. We used it for a family vacations and it worked really well. We plan on just keeping it up there because honestly, it makes our car look pretty awesome lol
