It supports up to 300 lbs, and the shelves are strong enough for consoles, books, and decor. The pieces themselves are a compacted particle board, so may not be built to last over time as material is prone to warping. The pieces do dent and scratch easily, so keep them laying to the protective covers when assembling.Smart Storage: With 7 shelves and a 2-door cabinet, there’s plenty of room to organize electronics, games, and accessories. Good tv works well for what I needed.
This took a long time to put together, but it fits my space perfectly. I have it in my son’s room. He has his Xbox, pictures, and other stuff in this cabinet. It got a little dinged up in transit, so some of the paint is chipping on the corners. The quality is mid range. It feels light, and I would not put a lot of weight on it. I do love all the storage and the electrical plug ins. Overall, this is cute but the plywood isn’t heavy duty.
