Well-engineered and constructed

After researching ALL the mobile base systems out there, I chose this one and glad I did. I used it on my 40-year-old Craftsman table saw. At first, I wanted to mount them directly to the table saw legs without the using a plywood platform. I then decided that it would be more stable with a piece of 1/2" plywood. I was VERY impressed with the gauge of the metal and how the parts were welded together making each unit very sturdy. The hardware was of good quality with the 3 main bolts for each leg and a top plate which "sandwich" the plywood together. Those 3 bolts thread into capsulated nuts attached to the bottom plate. The paint is a good quality black "crinkle" finish. The 2 swivel casters are good quality and the mechanism to raise/lower those 2 feet are very heavy gauge metal. Overall, I would buy another set for my other tools.

Good price and nice product. being able to make you own mounting makes this pretty versatile.Only thing I had to do was clearance the bracket for the front wheels so that the adjustable feet could solidly contact the ground. not a big deal and still way worth it.I'm pleased with it.
