Awesome Quiet Machine

It was easy to set up. Once I let it set for 24 hours and wiped it down, started making ice. Machine very quiet, some like a low hum your refrigerator makes. Can't even hear the ice dropping. Makes great small, sonic type ice. Only thing is that since there small, they tend to freeze up together in the refrigerator, so you have to break it up. Besides that, awesome ice machine!

This is the second one I bought (different Make and model) the first I had to returnThis one works fine.

Previously 1-star review, now 5-star

First machine worked great for two days then flashed "Bin Full" even when the bin wasn't full. The company sent us a new machine within 3 days and that one has been working great (3 months). We previously had a GE Opal that was an over-engineered over-priced maintenance nightmare. And GE's Pacific Rim based support, difficult to communicate with, had me jumping through hoops to try to troubleshoot/fix problems, which ultimately went unresolved.This machine produces ice much faster and keeps up with the family. Not as many bells and whistles and not as convenient as the Opal, for example you can't see the water level to know when it's low, but it seems much simpler and it's half the price of the Opal. And it churns out the ice. Given how great the support was in helping us with the first issue, and because it works so well, I would highly recommend it.
