I recently added the GARVEE 7.5-Amp Hammer Drill with Aluminum Alloy Housing to my workshop, and it’s quickly become a reliable workhorse for a range of demanding tasks. Its powerful 7.5-Amp motor tackles tough materials with ease, while the lightweight yet durable aluminum housing makes it comfortable to handle during long projects. Although it can generate a bit of vibration on higher settings, overall, it's a robust and versatile tool that brings both strength and efficiency to any DIY or professional job.

Awesome the only thing that I will complain about is the key chuck is cheaply made and eventually broke the teeth on it after about 15 uses but everything else is fantastic

So far handy. Just used 2 times and it did the job done. Good exchange of money.

A lot for the money. Used it for several projects. It's heavy and seems heavy duty. I like that the power cord is a little longer than normal. The hole saw bits are junk but what do you expect to be included for so little money?

First drill I ever bought. Found it easy to you. Only thing is the concrete drill bits could not drill into the concrete wall. I had to use the drill bit for steel to drill the wall. I recommend this drill. 4 5 out of 5.

Worked great for drilling on walls of concrete blocks for hanging brackets!

Using this on a a small project where I will be screwing bottom plates for a wall into the floor of my garage. I also do have an all brick home so, decided to buy one rather than rent since this was relatively low cost and I would likely use it again to hang stuff on the brick walls of my home like a hose reel, etc. I don't know about durability but, at this price, I would not expect it to be used commercially.

Power + ergonomically balanced.
Feels strong and reliable enough to endure many home improvement DIY projects.
I chose tool 'case with extras' style and was pleasantly surprised to find hole saws also included. Specifically ordered for drilling into brick,
using *correct sized pre-drill bits* 7.5 amp drill pierced through masonry like butter!

for Tapcon screws or similar ALWAYS make a *test hole* bc recommended bit size may not be perfect fit.

Drill about one screw diameter deeper than length of screw to make room for any debris made in front of tip when screwing into place.

Ex 3/16" diameter screw is
1 1/4'' long (add 3/16'')
~ 1 1/2'' total bore depth

I like hand tightening screws down last few threads if not all the way with appropriate socket drive or wrench. And try to chose screws with hex heads or star drive particularly if not using 'anchor' style ( with plastic backup like drywall application) so you'll have something to grab onto when screwing down into brick masonry, cinder block or concrete while Phillips head still best interior drywall wood screws etc.

Tool is not recommended by manufacturer for use with >hardened concrete<

Very powerful, exactly what I had been looking for, for home use. Much heavy than I thought, but I can manage it. Will come back for long term report.
