Honestly, if you are looking for a powerful slushie maker with fine control, then this is the one to get. It's literally the same machine another company is selling for over twice the price on sale!I also have the Vevor home model, which is the same as a lot of other units out there. It's also a good unit, and both take about the same time to freeze. And yes, this one is louder, bigger and a little more effort to clean. But, this one also has a tank light, is built of tougher materials (shiny stainless panels instead of pure plastic plus a tougher agitator and spigot) and it gets VERY cold. For most slushies, setting 2 or 3 is perfect, and the setting levels go to 15!I made a milkshake in this one and it came out amazing! Just some soft-serve powder and milk. Haven't tried alcohol yet, but I expect it to work just fine at the right percentage.This is a commercial machine, not a cheap home unit. No easy pushbutton presets, but those are really more of a gimmick than anything. If you want a real slushie machine, this is it and the price is crazy for what it is.

My family LOVES this drink machine. There are so many things you can make with it. We’ve made piña coladas and chocolate milkshakes so far. It’s so easy to use. Just pour the ingredients in and turn it on. There is even an auto sense feature that takes all the guesswork out. No ice needed!! It’s loud but not too loud. We have it on and can still watch TV without having to turn the volume up. I love the different colors you can choose from. The product is heavy but definitely portable. We brought it to a friend’s house with no issues. It appears very durable and the design is great. Very easy to clean and does have a self clean feature.
Great machine. Hard to get replacement lids/parts if out of warranty. Need lids replaced GARVEE is no help.
