Nice Oven, Good Deal!

This is a great oven! The features are incredible for the price. I've had mine for about two months over the holidays. I had a perfectly roasted 16 lb. turkey in it for one hour and twenty minutes. I also cooked four fillet mignon from a tenderloin to medium rare exactly as I wanted. Know that with this type of unit you have individual controls of convection (air fry) and burner selection, not like the old time broil or bake. The foods cook much more evenly and the surfaces are crisp to your liking. One note... the oven came with a pre-wired power cord with plug. The plug is not a NEMA spec so installer will probably need to replace it, but this is no big deal and overall well worth the effort for the bargain.
