I like the way these look but I think they said they were stainless in the description. I believe they are steel.
Fairly easy to install and they provide a sturdy step for the wife. They make the '08 Silverado look better too. You can't beat them for this price!

if you have big long feet ,you might want wider.i wish it would of stuck out more
