With the thermostat, you can adjust the temperature output to your liking, ranging from 86 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Dry Burn Indicator automatically stops heating food when the temperature exceeds 248°F (120°C). To resume operation, simply refill with water and press the Reset Button.
