Sealer arrived well boxed. Instructions are limited but just take time to play and adjust settings and you'll be sealing your bags well. Make sure you continue to run it with the fan on and heat off for a few minutes at the end of use. It sealed my 1.5mil thin plastic bags, Chewed up a few too, but just adjust the temp and speed. There are lots of sellers selling the same machine, this company had it at the lowest price.

This is a really good buy. The set up was really easy, we haven't had any issues with it. Very satisfied with the speed we can package now. They are hands down the best sealing machines for small to midsize operations. I definitely recommend this to anyone.

This band sealer works really well and the controls are easy to setup and adjust. It heats up quickly after turning on and is capable of quick speeds once setup properly. I cannot believe I didn't know about this machine sooner.

The machine I bought from another brand started making weird loud noises after less than 2 weeks of use. For my business, I tried this band sealing machine, and the packaging speed and seal were both surprising.Definitely recommend it!
