I wanted to love this product. The materials are good quality and look very nice. It's the right dimensions for my dog.However, despite my dad's help and breaking out the power tools, we weren't able to assemble the actual crate portion of the product. Specifically, any part that required an H screw. In the instance of the side door, there are holes completely missing. Only 2 screws out of the whole attempt to put the doors together went in and actually felt stable. The rest has been a multi-day nightmare. We've even took portions apart several times to see if it was our own execution, but no dice. Shipping it for a return would be as difficult as all the assemblage, but fortunately I can use it as a desk. It's just too bad I can't use it for my dog.

It was a pain in the butt to put together but I only had to redo 2 easy pieces. A power tool is recommended because it’ll go way faster and save you most of the headache. Heavy, seems durable, love how it looks and it’s multipurpose. Being a dog groomer, I praaaay it holds up.

I loved this product. My puppy’s safe place is the kennel when she sleeps and i noticed people keep placing items on it so I decided to find a nice kennel with shelf’s for my puppy. In the past I had gotten very flimsy items so I decided to give this product (at the time without reviews) a try. It was pretty easy to build, I did read the instruction wrong for a piece but going through the pictures I was able to easily figure out my mistake. It feels very sturdy, it has a nice space for my dog (bigger than I expected) and I am able to put stuff on top without any shelf’s bending. I honestly cannot be more happy with this product. My dogs first night was rough and I had to get her support blanket. The shelf where she sits does not move at all which makes this even better as she moves a lot and I was worried that it would slide. I only had an issue with one of the T latch attachments because the pole did not have holes, but nothing that cannot be fixed with a drill!

This crate is a game-changer! My golden retriever loves his new "house," and I love how it doubles as an end table with storage. The double doors make access easy, and the wood finish matches our living room perfectly. No more ugly metal crates!

Our designer actually complimented this piece! The modern farmhouse style blends seamlessly with our décor. The chew-resistant edges give me peace of mind with my teething puppy. A rare find that pleases both pets and humans!

The instructions weren’t very clear on certain parts which led to having to take it apart and put back together a couple times. All in all, it’s beautiful and worth struggle to put together.Also the latches could be better.

Product came in a box beat to heck. Given the couple other reviews I saw for this product I was skeptical about contents inside; however, it was very well packed. Instructions were barely adequate and I was shorted 3 screws of a particular type. I was able to make it work with screws they sent that had no label or apparent function. Took me almost 5 hours to assemble including unboxing. Keep in mind I’m terrible at assembling things but plan for 3 hours if you’re even halfway decent at such things. That’s the bad. The good is it looks great. Seems sturdy. My 5 month old Giant Schnauzer puppy is content and hasn’t destroyed it. He’s almost 60 lbs already. Should be able to fit him full grown at 90lbs, which is what we bought this for. 9 days in, with the memory of assembly fading, we’re pleased with this product.
