Item came securely packaged- box was damaged but everything inside was 100% intact. This definitely isn’t a true pink, more of a mauve/almost purple (see photo with pink bin on top). This color actually fits my daughter’s room even better so it’s not an issue for me. Directions are accurate and thorough, just make sure to note the directions of each part all line up - back and front matter for almost every single piece. Came with wall mount kit too. Fits nicely inside a standard bedroom closet. Very happy overall!
I bought this to organize my 7 year olds clothes in my room. Gotta say it’s definitely more fancier than those Walmart or target plastic drawers that always bend. I recommend. Don’t mind the extra stuff in the background
