Airconditioner cools good and the heat is really good and the heat part on it is cheap on electric it pay for itself in winter from cheaper electric bill and I've used it for couple weeks now and I have not had to drain the water not once

Worth the $200 ish dollars! Cools my entire lower apartment! Wheels are smooth and the tube isn’t a hassle cause it collapses in on itself to not take up too much space

Works great easy to install and you might need to use duct tape for the window fitment for the hot air exhaust. Good price and very pleased with its cooling ability at 10000 BTU’s!!!
