Very poor packaging

Packaging is not very good. Actual product was dented in several places. This damage caused the gage to break away from the urn. However, the urn looked nice. Immediately began the return process. Rating is based upon shipment only.

Excellent Machine.

This has been a great coffee maker. We have gone through several of them at church because they stop perking and make you pour water. This one is extremely dependable and I would buy one again if I needed to.
