Packaging is not very good. Actual product was dented in several places. This damage caused the gage to break away from the urn. However, the urn looked nice. Immediately began the return process. Rating is based upon shipment only.

Used this for an event at Christmas and it worked great. Will be ordering a second one soon. I highly recommend this product

We wanted something for family get-togethers, as the pot we have is a stove-top, takes forever to perk, and only makes about 2-3 mugs. This is perfect, but MUCH larger than expected (not the pot's fault...we should have read the description a bit closer). Anyway, we only used it once last summer for a patio party and it was perfect. The coffee was done in no time, was delicious, and even after sitting a while, still tasted great.

Directions are pointless but the coffee pot is nice.

This coffee maker is awesome. It’s huge! The build quality is professional level in my opinion. Keeps your fresh and warm morning. When I really want to impress people, I bring this to an event. They think it's being professionally catered. LOL.I think I'm going to try using it for hot chocolate this Christmas. Hopefully it won't hurt it.I 100% recommend this coffee maker.
