This umbrella was easy to assemble. The lights came on right away. The umbrella material is heavy duty, not thin. Very happy with it.
I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality. The frame feels sturdy, the fabric is thick, and the solar panel charges quickly. The LED lights stay on for hours after dark, making outdoor dinners much more enjoyable. It looks much more expensive than it actually is.
This umbrella was very easy to assemble, and the crank system opens and closes smoothly. The tilt feature lets us adjust the angle as the sun moves, which keeps us comfortable all afternoon. The canopy fabric feels durable and blocks the sun really well. It's a perfect addition to our backyard.
It took this umbrella a little while to arrive. Then, I discovered assembly (just adding the shafts) was required. That was a little bit of a disappointment until I realized how easy this was to assemble. I am very pleased with the results. I found the umbrella to be much nicer than I expected. It's used for a small seating area that gets sun during part of the day and is too hot and bright during that time. It's a great size for my needs and the tilting feature enables me to use it more often and for a longer period of time. I like the solar lights which are an added bonus when I sit out after the sun has set. I must confess I'll keep the umbrella covered most of the time to protect it from the sun. But, when I know I'm having guests or plan to sit out in the evening, I can remove the cover to take advantage of this feature. I definitely recommend to anyone considering a new umbrella for their living space.
