- Efficient & High Performance: this commercial mixer complies with sanitary standards and all food contact parts are made of food grade 304 stainless steel. It has a large 10-quart capacity mixing bowl capable of handling up to 2.3 pounds of dough at a time for all your commercial baking needs.
- Stainless steel safety cover: the cover is designed to prevent objects from falling into the mixing bowl during operation and must be closed when the machine is running. The height of the mixing bowl can be easily adjusted by the rotating wheel and can be disassembled for cleaning.
