I got the 120 gallon version which is no longer available so just a heads up on that before you read further. The size of this thing is really impressive, it is genuinely massive and I have it sitting in my living room filled with blankets and pillows and it holds an enormous amount without breaking a sweat.The assembly is where things get frustrating. The instructions are really awful and the metal sheets are dangerously sharp. Be really careful handling the panels during assembly and consider wearing gloves because you will nick yourself if you are not paying close attention.The door closes really smoothly almost all the way but the last inches if you do not hold it gently to the end, a small thing but worth knowing.I have sat on it and it feels sturdy enough but having assembled it myself I know the structure relies on fairly small screws and I am honestly skeptical about the 400 pound weight capacity claim. It looks solid but I would not push that limit.For indoor use it has been great and really holds up well as a storage piece. For outdoor use long term I do wonder about rust potential even with the coated steel panels.Four stars because the capacity and overall concept are really great, the sharp edges and terrible instructions just make the assembly experience more unpleasant than it needs to be.
