Amazing

I love it. Good size. Excellent efficiency. It cools really well. Simple instructions. The Wi-Fi connection and app usage are perfect.

Overall great, instructions could be a little more clear.

Everything was stright forward, after I did some research.. I did not find anything in the instructions about opening the valves on the outdoor unit. I assumed because of this, that it was "push to connect" inside the unit or something.. I kept getting an error and started researching and found that on the outdoor unit there are two caps that you remove from the side of the valves that contain allen adjustment bolts, I backed the bolts out to the c-rings and the refrigerant started circulating.. This may be common sense to some, but with no HVAC knowledge, I wanted to follow the directions to a T, so I wouldn't had thought to start turning those caps or the allen bolts if it didn't tell me to lol.

This is an excellent air conditioner. The only downside is that it doesn't come with a holder for the remote control.

Works good other than the QR code scanning for the manual sucks. The app keeps changing the temp back to C.
