Beware very poor customer service to deal with. Incomplete product sent to me and they do not stand behind there product. Emailed to them at least 5 times and all they say is that they will send my issue to some team they have and have no response in almost 2 months beware before you purchase. Missing 1 simple rubber leg on the bottom and seems like a very simple solution to go to the shelve and mail one to me but they apparently don’t care if they make a customer happy with a purchase. Buyer beware

Just be patients when preheating for best results, and it's not quite but once you learn how to best use it it's fine.
