Using to cool our garage down after insulation or garage door. Works amazing. 70lbs heavy. If it is titled during shipping, make sure you keep upright for 2 hours and unplugged or else won't work
Is is the best one on the market, probably not - but, I’m using it now, and it will help drop a small room down a couple of degrees.I did initially think the hose drain would not be needed, but it is easier just to have it discharged either in a bucket, or outside. You also must put the vent in correctly, so that the hot air circulates out correctly. It’s sleek, digital controls. Second summer - I will update when needed.
I got this on a sale for around 200usd and it's well worth it. As soon as you turn it on it colds the area. One of the best portable ac I've ever seen. It's not as quiet as I thought it would be though but it's Fantastic.
This is a great ac for my basement. It has been keeping us cool all summer long and it doesn't take up alot of power so we are able to have other ac's on as well.I will say, that on cooler summer days, ice tends to build up in the vents pretty fast and the tanks fills up after defrosting.It is pretty low to the floor and its heavy to lift up to drain, I have to have someone help me lift it and put a big bowl under it to drain.Overall, I highly recommend this ac for basement apartments! My dad got this for me.
