I have three different split units. This one is by far the best. Very quiet, indoor and outdoor. Easy to install and puts out tons of hot and cold air depending your needs. I wish it had a indoor temperature and outdoor Reading on the app. It would be nice if it had a energy usage History but not a deal-breaker but those are some nice features that I would add a deal-breaker would have been if it was noisy. It is not would buy again
