Expect it to be 2-3 inches smaller than it states

Exact size is not as stated. Inches short in all directions. It has lasted for over a year in all types of weather.

Good Replacement with Strong Material

The 220G PE fabric seems strong and waterproof. It covers the frame well, and the zipper allows easy access. Exactly what I needed for my portable garage.
