Easy to assemble with a few friends and the instructions made sense. When I needed help, the company responded fast and solved my problem. Love the size and durability!

This carport is a beast! Super sturdy and survived our first big snow without a problem. Assembly took a few hours, but it was totally worth it. Highly recommend for anyone needing serious vehicle protection.

I couldn't be happier with my Garvee 20'x20'x13' metal carport! From the moment the delivery arrived, it was clear this was no flimsy structure. The steel frame is absolutely massive—definitely heavy duty as advertised—and the sheet metal roof feels like it could stand up to just about anything nature throws at it. I live in an area with regular snow and crazy wind gusts, so I needed something reliable for my truck and boat. This carport hasn't budged, even during recent 50+ mph winds and a significant snowstorm last month!

Assembly took a full Saturday with three friends (and lots of pizza), but the instructions were straightforward and all parts were labeled well. The parts are heavy, so don’t skimp on the ladders and gloves they recommend. Once assembled, the carport felt instantly sturdy—no wobbles, no weird gaps.

One big plus: I had a couple of questions about anchoring to my gravel pad and reached out to customer service. I was genuinely impressed—quick replies and super friendly! They made sure I had everything I needed to get it set up right, and even checked in later to see if things were going smoothly.

This shelter is huge, very tall, and feels truly permanent, not like those lightweight tents that get blown away every season. If you need real protection for your vehicles or even other uses (thinking of using it as a workshop in the summer!), this is absolutely worth the investment.

We’ve already had strong winds and a heavy snowfall since installing the Garvee carport, and it hasn’t moved an inch. This thing is SOLID! Setup requires a team, but it’s worth it for the peace of mind.

Needed something tall for my truck and this fit perfectly. The materials are heavy-duty and definitely built to last. Customer service was also very responsive when I had a question during setup!

Update: 9/25/2025. After posting my review the company reached out to resolve the issues with the damaged panels and installation concerns. I was very impressed with their commitment to make things right and have increased their rating in light of this great customer service.Be aware when looking through the reviews that they are for all different size options and installation challenges vary by size. I purchased the 13 X 26 model and assembling it as directed, per the instructions, is nearly impossible. Example: you are instructed to assemble the roof frame and roofing first, then expected to attached the legs (5 each side) and lift a 13 x 26 roof assembly onto the ground supports. Good luck, unless you have 10 strong/tall friends and another 10 to line up the ground supports this is impossible and I'm not sure how I'd get 10 - 5+ft. long legs on a 400+ pound roof assembly that's 11ft. tall at the peak. I chose to assemble the entire frame first and install the roofing last. Doing so came with its own challenges, but doable with 2 adults. Also, these are mass produced so expect bent or misaligned poles and connections (it won't be square and will probably leak at the roof seams). Lastly, I contacted customer support for questions about installing concrete anchors and they were useless. I suggest you toss their anchors and buy your own to ensure the proper size/depth. The anchors they sent are approximately 14mm, so drilling the correct size holes with a hammer drill will be challenging, unless you have a 14mm bit. Also, the anchor sleeves are too long for the support bars and prevent tightening down. If you temper your expectations to the price and can problem solve installation it's worth the sale price of $800.

We ordered the 20x20x13 carport and had no issues putting it together. Afterwards, we had a few questions and needed some guidance. I reached out to the company and was very impressed by how quickly they responded. Fiona in customer service was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful—she made sure every concern we had was addressed with a clear solution. She even followed up afterward to check on us, and when we had additional questions, her responses were just as prompt and thorough.We are not using the carport as its traditional intended purpose, but instead for livestock. It has been very easy to customize for our needs so the animals have proper ventilation and shade throughout the year. It’s sturdy and has already been through some 60 mile an hour winds. As we continue working on this project, I plan to update with pictures so others can see how it can be adapted for different uses.The carport itself has been excellent and works exactly as expected, but the customer service truly sets this company apart. It was easy to get in touch with them, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Because of that, I would not hesitate to purchase anything from this company!

Expect to receive 2 separate orders. I will say you may want to install this backwards. This thing is super heavy once you put the whole roof together then have to try and lift it up to put the 5 foot poles in the holes. Assembly took a few hours with just me and 1 other person. I’d recommend 2-4 people when installing. Overall it’s pretty good so far.

It was very simple to assemble. It appears to be of good quality. The cost was awesome. Would recommend it to a friend

Although the package arrived in multiple boxes, installation was organized and straightforward.All parts were included, and the instructions were easy to follow. This is a high-quality carport for its price. We sealed the roof to prevent leaks, and it has held up well against heavy windstorms.
