This espresso machine has been a great addition to my kitchen. It makes strong, rich coffee with a nice crema, and I love having the built-in grinder so I can use freshly ground beans every time. The 20-bar pressure really brings out the flavor, and it feels like café-quality coffee at home.

The steam wand works well for frothing milk — perfect for making lattes and cappuccinos. It took me just a few tries to get the hang of it, and now it’s part of my daily routine.

Overall, it’s easy to use, looks great on the counter, and makes delicious coffee with minimal effort.

This espresso maker is really amazing. This is a real review, product was purchased. It is the PERFECT Espresso machine for RV's and small kitchens. Great results using Illy premium coffee and spring water. Pressure and preheat is easy, power draw is minimal, tank is easy to detach and rinse. Draw bar and cups are perfect, with two sizes of cups and an included tamper spoon. Forget your Nespresso, this thing is just as convenient and really fast.

This super automatic works surprisingly well. It has conical steel burrs on the grinder that feed a brew group directly below the bean chute. The brew group is sideways and uses a loud motor to turn a big **** for compressing the puck. While that puck will be denser on the bottom than the top because of gravity, it still extracts very well when using a coarser setting than typical for espresso on a portafilter.The screen is big and pretty and easy to use. It has no customization for things I would like (temperature, water amount, grind amount, pre-infusion time). I have not found a service menu despite lots of online searching. I have seen this machine in many resellers and have started calling it the two's.It makes a hot espresso shot and equally hot latte macchiato.The brew group is easy to remove and rinse but most of the moving parts look a bit hard to access for maintenance.The rinse cycle dumps into the grounds hopper, so the pucks end up as soup.Water capacity is decent, but the bean hopper seems to be taken up by the large grind adjustment dial.The machine is very loud. More so than most of the name brand machines I use.The milk canister has no gasket on the lid and the hose is fiddly. If left attached, the machine will spray milk all over the counter when it times out and self-cleans.

I’m loving it my new coffee machine, specially because it has the grinder It’s great quality and comes with multiple essential parts. Water tank can make about 10 double shots. Grinder also is been working on well, Cleaning is just so easy, Excellent coffee maker, the coffee comes out with a good flavor and a perfect cream. The milk frother works great for cappuccinos and lattes. Easy to use and clean

Nice machine, only drawback is if you steam milk,etc. You need to let the machine cool down for about 30 minutes. Way around is to make as many espresso cups as you need and then steam the milk/cream.
It is a nice size, looks great and is easy to use.

Bought as a gift for my wife. Didn’t know the first this about espresso. It was super easy to setup and learn how to use, took no time. I went back and forth on buying one with or without a grinder because of the price difference. It is worth paying a little more and getting the bean grinder, easier and nice to have fresh ground. Added bonus, wife also love espresso martinis and I have been able to perfect them.

I just got this thing and I am totally obsessed with it. I've been excited to get up in the morning and make myself a latte. I haven't tried the other options yet. Um. I actually even overcaffeinated myself from having too much fun playing with it. 😆 I appreciated the guide to setting it up and the coffee making tutorial when you turn it on the first time. It truly was helpful for me. Setting it up wasn't too hard. After the tutorial, which guides you through making a latte, I find it super easy to use. The drink you can make is super customizable. You can customize the grind coarseness, grind time, brew time, milk temperature, froth level, etc. I LOVE the milk frother. It works so well and I love that it purges the excess milk after use so you dont have to worry about milk sitting inside the wand and going bad and stinking. It *is* quite loud. But I guess that is to be expected and is unavoidable. It's still worth it. I highly recommend this machine. It works incredibly well, is super easy and fun, and makes incredible coffee.

After the firs order didn't arrive, I was skeptical. but after getting my second machine, I am duly impressed with it's operation. I steam my milk first in my cup, then do a double into the same cup. Most machines won't do that quickly as the pressure has to subside first, but this machine releases the pressure right away. I can go from start to finish in less time than most machines heat up. The grinder so far does good with factory settings as does the espresso shots. The steam wand works different than the older kind, but much better. I do use a thermometer to make sure the milk is hot enough. So far this is impressive.
