I was looking for a string trimmer with wheels to help reduce stress on my back bending forward while holding a string trimmer and to keep the edges around the yard trimmed. We have a large yard and bending forward with a trimmer can be fatiguing, the opportunity to evaluate this trimmer came up. With its adjustable wheels and adjustable padded handle, it is an excellent choice. I like the fact that the tool is well balanced and not very heavy. Padding around the handle with softer rubber makes it easy on your hands. The string trimmer arrives unassembled. Assembly is easy, you need to attach the rock guard/bail and wheels with the included screwdriver and Phillips screws. It includes two rechargeable 20-volt Lithium batteries and a charger. The batteries have a charge indicator gauge on them and the charger has a red/green light to let you know when charging is complete. The trimmer comes with one string spool attached and eight extra ones. It also features a fold down bail to help keep you from getting too close to objects and plants.The rechargeable 20-volt string trimmer excels at cutting through damp grass and weeds. The adjustable wheels/handle make lawn perimeter edging maintenance quick, easy. It made a consistent twelve inch cut in the grass along the perimeter of the property and foundation of the garage. I was able to walk behind it instead of standing and bending over while walking along the edges of the property. Its powerful motor provides consistent cutting power, and the line feed/wheels ensures a clean, even trim along edges.One of the standout features of this string trimmer is its adjustable wheels. It is easy to maneuver, even for extended periods, reducing fatigue. It’s ok for the price and small jobs that string breaks easy I do think it’s good for a small job

This string trimmer has been a great addition to my yard tools. It’s lightweight, easy to handle, and the cordless design makes it super convenient to move around the yard without dealing with extension cords. The dual batteries are a nice bonus too—I can usually get through my whole yard without running out of power.It cuts through grass and light weeds pretty easily, and the adjustable head makes it simple to get into edges and tighter spots. Overall performance has been solid for regular lawn maintenance.The only thing I’m not a huge fan of is the wheel attachment—it just doesn’t feel very useful for my setup and I ended up not really using it. But that’s a small thing compared to how well the trimmer itself works.Overall, really happy with the power, battery life, and ease of use. Great value for the price.

I've never, ever had a rechargeable battery that, instead of sliding into a battery charging unit, a round-ended plug goes right into the battery and plugs into the wall to charge! I've only had items with a heavy charger for the batteries. It took me 3 days, despite a call to GARVEE's customer service line-where they couldn't help me either!- to finally figure this out. The manual for this manual is awful; pretyy much useless. It illistrates most parts of the trimmer, but when it comes to charging, it actually says to slide the edges of the battery into the grooves in the charger- and the charger is just a plug, like you'd have to supply energy to a clock or a massager! I was honestly about ready to send the whole thing back until today when repackaging it, there was enough light to see inside the battery pack.While charging, there's no light to indicate when it's fully charged; you will have to push the charge button on the battery to see how many bard there are. The outlet plug has a red light, but it stays red just to indicate that it has power, it does not turn green when charged. Be careful- the battery charger gets hot. I don't think the charging stops when the battery is full. I had it plugged in for a 1/2 hr, max (the first battery had gone dead while I was trimming my grass-it just stops). The first time I checked the battery, it was already charged & the plug was hot, so it IS a fast charger, and I'll say another thing the manual didn't- do not overcharge, because this heat is a bit concerning.Other reviews have covered all the plusses on this trimmer, but I wanted to address the thing that nobody else did.I was put off by the price at first- I've had at least 3 string trimmers before, and they all had been $20 or less. Inflation is crazy- this cost almost $60. But I looked at a lot of them on Garvee, and they are all around this price, or more. I bought this one based on reviews, and it is made better, and has plusses, like an adjustable handle so you don't have to bend over, and the wheels are nice too. When I first brought the box in, it felt heavy, but when actually using it, it isn't! I have a really bad back, so this is important for me.Now that I have the important parts figured out, I think I'll be happy with it! But the manual is so bad, I took off a star for that and the extra stress the battery charger caused me.
