We bought this because we have 2 mimosa trees (sadly no, mimosas don’t grow on trees). Beautiful trees but they make a mess in summer and fall. Everything we’ve tried didn’t really help. This sweeper makes cleaning up dropped blooms easy! Construction appears solid and adjusting the height is simple.
Does the work good
This GARVEE lawn sweeper is a good machine, but it is definitely not the most user-friendly thing out there. The 21-inch width is a decent size, and the 4-brush system picks up yard debris pretty well. The 3.5 cubic foot hopper bag holds a good amount of leaves and grass clips before you need to empty it, which is helpful for cleaning up the garden.However, getting everything put together and figuring out the adjustments took some patience. The instructions could be a lot clearer, and changing the height settings feels a bit clunky until you get the hang of it. It works great once you actually get it going, so I give it four stars, but expect a little frustration at first.
