This is a great chair, but I would not buy another like it through a mail order entity. The shipper left it on our front porch as they were supposed to, but it weighs over 100 pounds, and I am in my 70s and do not have the moxie I used to. It was difficult to get into the house. Once I got it in, and the box opened, I decided it was too complex for me to put together without some assistance. I hired my neighbor to help me. He is between jobs and was glad to have the work. He is a knowledgeable and capable assembler and has done this type of work professionally. It took him about an hour and 15 minutes to put it all together, more than the half hour as advertised.

Also, the Garvee website was not functioning properly. After I ordered the chair, and my credit card had been charged, they kept sending me emails wanting me to finish the purchase. I did not get a receipt or shipper information until six days after my credit card was charged. I will say, however, that when I finally got to a Garvee customer service human being, they were pleasant. They apologized and said they would report the website malfunctions. I had to get through a rather unpleasant AI before I could get to the plesant human. The chair was already enroute when I talked to the customer service human being, and it arrived a few hours later,

For all of the frustration in acquiring the item, the chair itself seems great. Everything about it is as advertised. It is comfortable, and the vibration has several relaxing settings. Heat is gentle, but adequate. Power motors are quiet and responsive. All parts needed for assembly were there. Nothing was missing. I would have liked to have had more words and less diagrams in the assembly instructions, but my neighbor seemed to work from the diagrams just fine. I am awarding four out of five stars because the product is of high quality and a good value.

If you can deal with a 100 pound plus package, and are good at assembly from little line drawings, then buy this chair. You will enjoy the product.

Actually way better quality than I expected. This is great!!! Wasnt hard to assemble, but need to read the instructions before starting. Can be a little confusing. Heat is not very strong, but otherwise all is perfect!!
