I have some traffic cones with stanchions to attach this to... and the chain comes with a bag of “S” hooks to attach to the stanchions.This is made from lightweight plastic, so it will not hold up to abuse, and I wouldn’t drop the chain to the ground to allow a vehicle to pass over it.
