We received a dirt bike on December 23, 2025. Upon arrival, assembly was minimal — only the tires and handlebars needed to be attached. However, once my son attempted to ride it, it became immediately apparent that something was wrong: the handlebars and front wheel would not turn. On closer inspection, it appeared that the assembly connecting the tire and handlebars was rubbing against the frame, severely restricting steering.
We purchased the warranty at the time of sale and have been in contact with customer service since February 24, 2026 — over a month of back-and-forth with nothing to show for it but the same canned response: “We’re sorry for the delay and understand your frustration.” No refund. No replacement. No resolution.
This has been a $300 lesson in poor product quality and even poorer customer support. Worth noting: this model has since been discontinued — which, given our experience, is hardly surprising.
I won’t claim their entire product line is subpar, but I will say this — if you ever encounter an issue, be prepared to wait months for it to even be acknowledged, let alone resolved.

Easy to put together, charge battery for 24 hours before first use and it’s great my son loves it and it’s a affordable e bike

This is a great dirt bike and the perfect birthday gift for my 5-year-old—he loves it! The power and weight are just right, and the real rubber tires give excellent traction. We have it on the slow speed setting for now, which is perfect for his age, and we look forward to increasing the speed as he gains confidence. A fantastic gift that we hope lasts for years!

My son loves the electric dirt bike. It goes just fast enough. Assembly was easy and took about 15 minutes. The fender was broken off by a clumsy kid and customer service was quick to respond and replaces the part for us.
